From all the forecasts, it looks like this weekend is going to be a hot one here in Red Deer, Alberta, so we decided to make a pitcher of our simple iced coffee. This would make a great après-dinner drink to share with someone special. Pour a couple of glasses and spend some time together in the sunshine. 
Served as is, it’s a refreshing and not too sweet treat on a warm afternoon, but top it with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup and you’ll take it to a whole other level!
