From all the forecasts, it looks like this weekend is going to be a hot one here in Red Deer, Alberta, so we decided to make a pitcher of our simple iced coffee. This would make a great après-dinner drink to share with someone special. Pour a couple of glasses and spend some time together in the sunshine. iced coffee Served as is, it’s a refreshing and not too sweet treat on a warm afternoon, but top it with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup and you’ll take it to a whole other level!

geoff’s favourite oatmeal chocolate chip cookies (sshhhh…they’re gluten free)

These gluten free oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are crunchy on the outside, chewy in the middle, and full of the rich flavours of chocolate and coconut. Make a double batch ’cause they won’t last long!
